I have tickets to see Wonderland at the Alley in Houston. I kept waiting and waiting for Frankenstein, but this showed up instead. I love Wildhorn shows, and I am VERY excited to see this. However, is there still plans to premiere Frankenstein at the Alley? Did Wildhorn's Frankenstein get scrapped because of the Off-Broadway musical version that had Jame Barbour (I think) in it? If so, I think that's sad. After all, there are two versions of Phantom of the Opera as a musical. Both make money... _________________ "You can't possibly judge your ability to control something until you've experienced the extremes of its capabilities."

probably not, the cast just isn't impressive at all and i'm in NY so its pretty far.
Frankenstein off-broadway did NOT haves James Barbour, not even close. I saw it and it was very entertaining in person but the cd just is not very good and overall the musical is a huge ripoff of Frank and other people. Also, theres only one Phantom of the Opera (unless theres one that totally doesn't matter and hasn't done anything). Frank is working a lot of his stuff overseas and has like 20 projects hes working on at the same time, even stuff he made like 10+ years ago.
Enjoy what will probably be the last we hear of Wonderland after its done at that theater (the same fate far too many of Frank's musicals have held) _________________ One minute... and Clarkson still sucks!!

| I love the cd of Frankenstein with Hunter Foster and Steve Blanchard and honestly think Frank should leave that story alone. He already did Jekyll and Dracula...leave the Universal Monster movies alone. lol |
